As the above photo, rubber insulation is cut about 20 mm length. This is a single copper wire that usually used for housing electrical system. Copper diameter is 1.5 mm and rubber insulation has 3 mm outer diameter.

As the above photo, motor shaft is fitted and glued with rubber of wire insulation, and then the rubber is inserted and glued into 3 mm drinking straw as propeller shaft. The rubber bossing also functions as flexible coupling to allow a small misalignment between motor shaft and propeller shaft. Rubber glue is suitable for motor shaft, bossing, and propeller shaft installation. Power glue is not suitable, because it doesnt have flexibility.
